Delete your ooolog account
The fastest, most secure deletion path is inside the app. Open Account, choose Delete Account, and confirm. Your account remains intact if deletion cannot finish safely.
If you cannot access the app
Email support@ooolog.app from the address connected to your account. We will verify the request and complete it within 30 days.
Data that is deleted
Deletion removes your authentication account, profile, shared check-ins, follow relationships, and avatar files from ooolog's systems. The app also removes that profile's workout data from the device after server deletion succeeds.
Limited data that may remain
A shared-place directory record may remain when another person has workout history attached to it. The record is detached from your deleted account and no longer identifies you.
